Avneet Singh Chatha
Avneet is an experienced physiotherapist with over 10 years of clinical practice. After graduating in India in 2010, he completed his Master’s in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria. He takes a personalized, goal-focused approach to treatment, combining patient education, targeted exercise programs, and movement correction to help prevent re-injury. Avneet has strong expertise in treating whiplash, repetitive strain injuries, running injuries, shoulder pain, cervicogenic headaches, and hip/pelvic alignment issues. He is also skilled in custom orthotics, IMS dry needling, Mulligan manual therapy, and Shockwave Therapy. With past roles as a Clinical Lead Physiotherapist in Edmonton, mentor to University of Alberta medical residents, and educator at the University of Victoria, he brings both advanced knowledge and hands-on experience to every patient’s care.
Kiran
Kiran is a highly experienced physiotherapist with over 17 years of clinical practice and a strong focus on evidence-based, client-centered care. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2005 and her Master of Physiotherapy (Orthopaedics) in 2009 in India. Kiran creates personalized treatment plans based on thorough physical assessments, combining hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, electrotherapy, dry needling, shockwave therapy, and advanced rehabilitation techniques. She has extensive experience treating orthopedic injuries, pre- and post-surgical conditions, ICBC and WSBC claims, sports injuries, post-concussion and vestibular conditions, as well as pelvic floor rehab and urinary incontinence. Having worked in multi-specialty hospitals and private clinics across India and Canada, along with advanced training in concussion management, vestibular rehab, dry needling, and pelvic health, Kiran brings both depth of knowledge and compassionate care to every patient’s recovery journey.
Edna Le Hwee Lee
Edna is a passionate RMT student dedicated to helping individuals improve their quality of life by reducing pain, restoring mobility, and improving overall function. She believes massage therapy plays an important role not only in relaxation, but also in supporting the body’s natural healing process and working alongside other healthcare professionals to enhance recovery. Edna takes a thoughtful, patient-centered approach, using techniques such as gentle myofascial release, Swedish massage, range of motion work, and strengthening exercises to help manage chronic muscle soreness, tension, and injury-related dysfunction. While early in her career, Edna is committed to growing her skills and making a positive impact in her community through compassionate, effective care tailored to each patient’s needs.
Jagbinder Singh
Jagbinder Singh is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who has been practicing since September 2024, backed by 10 years of experience in the medical field. With a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pathology, he creates personalized treatment plans designed to support each client’s recovery and overall well-being. Jagbinder uses a variety of techniques including Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilization, IASTM, and hot/cold stone therapy. He is passionate about helping others feel their best and is committed to providing effective, client-focused care on every wellness journey.
