Avneet graduated in 2010 from India and later on successfully completed his Master’s in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria. He has over 10 years of experience working as a physiotherapist. Not only does he have a broad education and experience, but also an analytical mindset is what defines him. He enjoys treating all types of injuries. Some of his favorite conditions to treat are: whiplash-associated disorders, repetitive injuries, running-related injuries, shoulder impingement, cervicogenic headaches, and hip/pelvic alignment issues.
His treatments are tailor-made to your goals and the approach is usually a combination of patient education, specific exercise prescription, and re-establishing appropriate movement patterns to minimize the likelihood of injury re-occurrence.
He also has extensive experience in prescribing custom orthotics, to correct biomechanical faults and alleviating foot pain.
Avneet is certified in the use of dry needling called IMS for musculoskeletal pain. He has also been trained in advanced manual therapy called Mulligan technique. He has achieved exceptional results using Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy.
In the past, Avneet worked as the Clinical lead Physiotherapist at a private clinic in Edmonton. He was also mentoring medical residents from the University of Alberta, in mastering their orthopedic assessment skills. Earlier he was working as an educator at the University of Victoria.
Jagbinder Singh
Massage Therapy
Jagbinder Singh has been a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) since September 2024. With a solid foundation of 10 years of experience in the medical field, he brings an in-depth understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pathology to his practice. This knowledge allows him to develop effective and personalized treatment plans for his clients.
Jagbinder Singh is passionate about helping others and uses a variety of massage techniques to address individual needs which includes Swedish (relaxation) massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, joint mobilization, IASTM and hot/cold stone massage therapy.
In his spare time, Jagbinder Singh enjoys staying active by working out and exploring nature through walks. He also finds joy in reading and embraces his adventurous side with activities like skydiving, bungee jumping, and scuba diving.

Kiran Kiran
Physiotherapy
Kiran focuses on delivering evidence-based and client centered treatment plans by conducting a thorough physical assessment of the client.
Her treatment approach includes using:
- Hands-on treatment methods (joint mobilizations, stretching, muscle energy techniques, and deep tissue massage),
- Therapeutic exercises
- Education
- Electrotherapeutic machines ( TENS, IFC, Ultrasound therapy)
- Biomedical Dry Needling -Shockwave therapy
Kiran did her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Kurukshetra University, India in 2005, followed by a Master of Physiotherapy (Orthopaedics) from M.M. University, India in 2009.
She worked with the Indian Army during her 6 months internship at the Research and Referral Army Hospital, Delhi Cantt.
During her more than 17 years of clinical experience, she has been directly involved in the rehabilitation of:
- Pre and post-surgical conditions,
- Various Orthopedic conditions,
- Motor vehicle accident-related injuries (ICBC claims),
- Work-related injuries (WSBC claims)
- Sports injuries
-Post Concussion and Vestibular conditions
-Pelvic floor rehab/ Urinary incontinence
She has worked in multi-specialty hospitals and different private clinics in India and Canada (Ontario, Alberta). She has participated in various workshops and conferences. Kiran has completed a “Complete Concussion Management training course for health practitioners” “Advanced Vestibular Rehab Course”, “Certification in Biomedical Dry Needling” and “Level 1 Course in Pelvic Rehab to Treat Urinary Incontinence”.
Kiran’s interests outside of physiotherapy include: - spending time with her family, - cooking, - yoga - and workouts.
